About our Partner
Shubha is the founder of The OrgSmith. She has over 25 years of experience as a consultant. She began her consulting career with KPMG. She then worked with Towers Perrin (now known as Willis Towers Watson) as Practice Leader. She founded HR Strategies, which later merged with The OrgSmith.
Shubha is passionate about leveraging Organisation and Job design to align and deliver strategic or competitive advantage. Shubha is a pioneer in Data-Driven Organisation and Job Design methodology in Asia.
